The site challenge
Irregular plot boundaries, high seasonal rainfall, and restrictive access presented significant obstacles during initial site appraisal.
Hydrology and road hierarchy
By aligning internal avenue boulevards with natural contours, we created a self-draining gravity drainage system accompanied by bioswales and landscaped retention ponds.
A vibrant neighbourhood
Today, the development is home to over 40 families, featuring shaded walking tracks, children's play parks, and thriving green buffers.
